\u53c2\u4e0e\u5382\u52a1\u65b0\u5efa\u3001\u6539\u9020\u9879\u76ee\u7684\u65b9\u6848\u8bbe\u8ba1\/\u65bd\u5de5\u5b89\u5168\u8d28\u91cf\u8fdb\u5ea6\u7ba1\u7406\/\u8bbe\u5907\u8c03\u8bd5\/\u9a8c\u6536\u5ba1\u6838\u7b49\u5de5\u4f5c\uff1a<br>a. \u534f\u52a9\u5904\u7406\u5efa\u5382\u65f6\u671f\u6c14\u5316\u5404\u7cfb\u7edf\u7684\u8bbe\u8ba1\u3001\u4f18\u5316\u3001\u53d1\u5305\u548c\u76f8\u5173\u8bc4\u4f30\u5de5\u4f5c\uff1b<br>b.\u8d1f\u8d23\u5b9a\u6807\u540e\u7684\u4e0e\u5404\u76f8\u5173\u65b9\u7684\u6c9f\u901a\uff0c\u5e76\u5b8c\u6210\u7cfb\u7edf\u7684\u6df1\u5316\u8bbe\u8ba1\u3001\u5ba1\u56fe\u7b49\u5de5\u4f5c\uff1b<br>c.\u8d1f\u8d23\u73b0\u573a\u65bd\u5de5\u534f\u8c03\u3001\u65bd\u5de5\u7ba1\u7406\uff08\u5b89\u5168\u8d28\u91cf\u8fdb\u5ea6\uff09\u53ca\u540e\u671f\u8c03\u8bd5\u9a8c\u6536\u7b49\u5de5\u4f5c\uff1b<br>2. \u8d1f\u8d23\u5168\u5382\u7684\u7279\u6c14\u3001\u5927\u5b97\u6c14\u4f53\u3001\u5316\u5b66\u54c1\u4f9b\u5e94\u7cfb\u7edf\u7684\u8fd0\u884c\u7ba1\u7406\uff1a\u00a0<br>a.\u5236\u5b9a\u6c14\u5316\u7cfb\u7edfPM\u7ef4\u4fdd\u8ba1\u5212\uff0c\u5e76\u6309\u8ba1\u5212\u6267\u884c\u5404\u9879PM\uff1b<br>b.\u8d1f\u8d23\u6c14\u5316\u7cfb\u7edf\u7684\u65e5\u5e38\u5de1\u68c0\u68c0\u67e5\uff0c\u5bf9\u53d1\u73b0\u7684\u8bbe\u5907\u5f02\u5e38\u53ca\u65f6\u5904\u7406\uff0c\u6216\u7f16\u5236\u7ef4\u4fee\u8ba1\u5212\uff1b<br>c.\u8d1f\u8d23\u6c14\u5316\u7cfb\u7edf\u7684\u5404\u7c7b\u7a81\u53d1\u72b6\u51b5\u5904\u7406\uff0c\u5982\uff1a\u8bbe\u5907\u5f02\u5e38\u505c\u673a\u3001\u5316\u5b66\u54c1\u6cc4\u6f0f\u5904\u7406\u7b49\uff1b<br>d.\u5236\u5b9a\u6c14\u5316\u7cfb\u7edf\u7684SOP\u53ca\u5e94\u6025\u9884\u6848\uff0c\u5e76\u57f9\u8bad\u5408\u683c\u7684\u64cd\u4f5c\u4eba\u5458\uff1b<br>e.\u5efa\u7acb\u6c14\u5316\u76f8\u5173\u7cfb\u7edf\u7684\u8bbe\u5907\u6863\u6848\uff0c\u542b\u8bbe\u5907\u53f0\u8d26\uff0c\u5907\u54c1\u5907\u4ef6\uff0c\u8017\u6750\u6e05\u5355\uff0c\u5de5\u5177\u5668\u6750\uff0cPM\u8868\u683c\uff0c\u7ef4\u4fee\u8bb0\u5f55\u7b49\u6587\u6863\u7c7b\u6587\u4ef6\uff1b<br>f.\u53c2\u4e0e\u5236\u5b9a\u6c14\u5316\u7cfb\u7edf\u7684\u5e74\u5ea6\u9884\u7b97\u4e0e\u8fd0\u884c\u7684\u6210\u672c\u6838\u7b97\uff0c\u5e76\u6301\u7eed\u63a8\u8fdb\u7cfb\u7edf\u6539\u5584\u548c\u8282\u80fd\u964d\u8017\u5de5\u4f5c\uff1b<br>g.\u8d1f\u8d23\u7ba1\u7406TGM\u5305\u5546\u7684\u65e5\u5e38\u5de5\u4f5c\uff0c\u5982\uff1a\u6c14\u4f53\u7684\u5145\u88c5\u3001\u94a2\u74f6\u66f4\u6362\u3001\u5316\u5b66\u54c1\u66f4\u6362\u3001\u8017\u91cf\u7edf\u8ba1\u8bb0\u5f55\u7b49\u3002<br>3. \u5bf9\u6c14\u5316\u8fd0\u884c\u503c\u73ed\u5de5\u4f5c\u7684\u8fdb\u884c\u65e5\u5e38\u5b89\u6392\u3001\u76d1\u7ba1\uff1b<br>4. \u6267\u884c\u56fd\u5bb6\u53ca\u5730\u65b9\u89c4\u5b9a\u7684\u9ad8\u538b\u6c14\u4f53\u53ca\u6613\u71c3\u6613\u7206\u6c14\u4f53\u65b9\u9762\u7684\u5404\u9879\u6cd5\u89c4\u5236\u5ea6\uff1b<br>5. \u534f\u52a9\u5904\u7406\u516c\u53f8\u5185\u5916\u90e8\u5404\u7c7b\u5b89\u5168\/\u8d28\u91cf\/\u4f53\u7cfb\u68c0\u67e5\uff1b<br>6.
